Hi there, could you help me please? I am trying to visualize a mesh in Verge but it gives me an error, how can I fix it?
I am using blender 4.4.3 and verge 4.8.0 (that’s the last version I could download with my licence). Should that be the problem? I tried with the diffuse BSDF and it worked but I notice also that it’s not playing the animation (shape key animation)
Hi Ignacio,
Please make sure your application was actually updated. In the browser console it should print a correct version (e.g. 4.8.0). Also try reexporting your scene and re-saving the Puzzles.
EDIT: actually Verge3D v.4.8.0 is not compatible with the latest Blender 4.4 as it was released much earlier
Please try an older Blender release.I installed the 4.8.0 version of Verge3D but when I click sneek peek in the browser console says it`s the version 4.7.
In the app manager it says 4.8. I am using a intel mac by the way

If you don’t see the meaning in something it primarily means that you just don’t see it but not the absence of the meaning at all.
Yes, in the app menu it shows 4.8 and in the browser console, 4.7. Here is the log.
It should be possible for me to use version 4.8 because my licence expired in november 23 and version 4.8 was realesed in november 13, that might be an error from your licencing system. :/
