we are working with verge 3d and woocommerce.
We are using the verge 3d free plugin to try different solutions and we made some great results.
However we are trying to implement the verge 3d with custom woocommerce select menu.

We want to lunch this store online as soon as possible. The company that has ordered this work to our web agency need an answer from us becouse they need to know if to buy or not verge 3d. but the final question is: does verge 3d woocommerce plugin work with select menu like the link below? does we need to buy the plugin in order to have this kind of menu to work properly? here the link to a product with a menu that we are not able to use: https://caos-store.com/product/test-colora/

Hi,

WooCommerce selection menus are supported by Verge3D as product attributes. I’ve checked your second product page and it looks like the issue is with the global attributes that customized on a per-plugin basis.

I actually have good news on that matter! The upcoming pre-release (Verge3D 3.3 pre2) which we’re going to release by the end of this week (or maybe next week) will come with global product attributes supported. So please reassure your client, the issue will be resolved soon!

Hi,
are you using the 3.2.999 version of the Verge3D for WordPress plug-in? Also, please check that you spell attributes correctly in the Puzzles blocks. They should be named:

accessories-color

colors

finishings

Also, there might be an issue with the material name case. Note, that values of global attributes can only be lower-cased (this is different from local attributes which can be anything you want). Use the console.log puzzle to output your product attributes.

I am using 3DS MAX to create a translucent material similar to the linked image

If you mean sub-surface scattering or thin-walled translucency, these features are not supported in Verge3D yet.
