    Is it possible to somehow modify the outline effect for individual objects?
    Let’s say i wanted one object with a green outline and another object with an orange outline, would that be possible using Blender or using puzzles directly?

    No.

    Puzzles and JS. Fast and expensive.

    If you don’t see the meaning in something it primarily means that you just don’t see it but not the absence of meaning at all.
