Hi!

I was just trying to upload an application folder to the verge3d server so I can share it with my colleagues to see, but it didn’t work and I got this message: “Failed to receive Verge3D Network credentials, possibly due to connection error. ”

Since I am new to Verge3D I wanted to ask if this is a fault on my side or if the server is momentarily down?

Hi,
The servers seams to be running just fine. Please check your internet connection, firewall settings, or try to access Verge3D Network from another computer.

Alternatively, remove the settings file (manager/settings.json) located in your Verge3D distro, reload App Manager and try again.

Hi,
thank you for your quick reply!

It seems like we found the issue. We are using a proxy server for all web-traffic and it looks like Verge3d is still going around it by creating a direct connection, despite of our settings – which is why the upload is getting blocked by the company system.

Do you know how we could adress this issue? Is there any possibility to set the network settings within Verge3D?
