    Dear Team,

we are facing issue while we host the verge 3D html file on windows Server IIS. 3D Rotation takes long time to rotate or move any thing on the browser. But the same file if we browse it from the Verge 3D published URL it’s working fine.

Kindly let us know how we can resolve this issue on IIS. Also let us know is there any hardware requirement on server and client side.

    Thanks
    Arasu

    Hi Arasu,

the server should not affect rendering performance as everything is rendered in the browser. Cannot it be that you were using some other computer to check it from IIS?

    Hi Yuri,

We have checked it from multiple client system but the result is same.

Instead of IIS if i Publish on Verge 3D on Same server then rendering is working fine on all client without any issue.

Only i face issue while Verge 3D HTML file is hosted on IIS. our requirement is to host it on IIS.

Do i need to do any other thing on Client Browser side?

That’s strange. Can you post here both links so that we can check it out from our computers as well?

    Dear Yuri,

    It’s on Internal Network,
Is there any procedure to host on IIS?
Do any setting or requirement at client browser and system?
Do we need to follow any best practices while converting the rendering as HTML file?
what we have did is just copied the folder created from Verge 3D tool and hosted on IIS server apart from that we have not installed any software on IIS server. Is that correct?

One more thing, i used more than 6 – 10 point lights in my render scene. My Scene collection folders are irregular. Is it affect the speed?

That is definitely a no-no. You should bake the lighting or use an HDR environment instead.
