How can I create a viewer similar to SketchFab’s where I can scrub the animation back and forth smoothly based on time instead of frames?

Like the example here:

I’ve tried using the ‘set animation frame’ puzzle but it’s’ not nearly as smooth since it’s only moving to each new frame and not moving through time like when the ‘play animation’ puzzle is used.

Any help with this is much appreciated!
