Affect specific clones/items in list when conditions are met?

Especially when each clone/item has a dict assigned to it

The above puzzles are a updated from those of last week’s similar question. Unfortunately all the clones in list were removed.

I only want to remove clones near specific objects, not all clones in the list. How do I only target specific clones/items in a list/loop, especially when those clones/items have dict assigned to them?
