I’ve been looking to see if there was a way for me to use Elementor, which is a WP designing tool that I am trying to use with Verge 3D. I’ve built a template with Elementor, but it does not show the Verge 3D model. Any suggestions?

    Hi,
It should be quite an easy task to embed Verge3D-based application to a WordPress page made with Elementor. One of the possible ways to do so would be upload your app with Verge3D plugin, copy its URL and then past as an iframe source (check out the Shortcode or HTML widget).

The same thing happens to me but I don’t know how to get the code to load the shortcode and include it in the Elementor widget. Can you help me?

Verge3D doesn’t work with elementor, unless you use it as a shortcode (by choosing “shortcode” in elementor menu).
The downside is that you can’t use any of woocommerce options like this and need to use the built in functions on Verge3d for the order form, buttons, etc…

I was about to purchase a license but unfortunately once i’ve discovered it was impossible i just gave up on it.

Looks like Verge3D works perfectly with Elementor. You can use both “shortcode” widget and include shortcode directly as text.

Well, i’m sorry but saying that it works perfectly with elementor is just not true.

I’ve installed the Verge3D plugin and the elementor plugin.
If i’m adding a product using woocommerce built in products menu, and select product variations to use verge3d as in this tutorial: https://www.soft8soft.com/making-3d-product-configurator-for-woocommerce/ what happens is that in elementor preview everything looks ok, buy as soon as i load the product page in my browser, nothing is clickable, the product preview in not responsive, can’t select variations or click add to cart button… etc…

If I disable the elementor plugin, it becomes responsive again. hence it doesn’t work perfectly with elementor.

Adding a shortcode misses the whole point, because i want to be able to handle regular / complex orders using woocommerce built in options and not by the puzzle system.

I see! So how we can reproduce it? First make an Elementor page, then add some WooCommerce widget inside it?

Hi, any update on this post?

Also, more specific, How do I make buttons in Elementor that can start specifik animations made in Verge3d?

Are there any examples or documentation available?

    Hi,

I have good news. We’re working now to improve Elementor integration and write more guides on that topic in the User Manual, stay tuned!

You can assign custom button ID and then use that in Puzzles. See screenshots attached.
