    Hello!

It seems that posting to LinkedIn doesn’t work.

After I publish via App Manager, and then given options to choose the platform, I am unable to view the post after I make the selection. For example, LinkedIn.

I select the option/icon for LinkedIn, then attempt to view the post. It opens to a new tab but fails to load the player. Just FYI.

yep, LinkedIn cuts URL parameters so the sharing does not work for apps loaded with the player using URL. It works for standard htmls though https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6507153095561089024

Ok. So are you saying I will just need to copy/paste the URL directly into a Linkedin post (bypassing the share option)?

It appears the player doesn’t seem to load regardless? I’m sorry for all the questions, just trying to understand. :)

This is the URL generated from the file manager (I’ve just used the cube example)…

The problem is only with player+URL apps – LinkedIn seem to cut the load=path/to/scene parameter and for this reason only player.html file is loaded – which is blank white.

Such applications are not considered “standard” ;-) Those we use to avoid updating the engine files during development. If you create a new production app with the App Manager it will work fine with LinkedIn.
