    Hey Guys,
    Im looking to build something like this.

    Would I be able to constrict camera to one angle and achieve the same interactivity?

    Also once I get the user to customize the product, How would I convert the same specification the user wants as an enquiry and send it over to the sales team?

    yes, you can make your camera static

    you can use Verge3D WordPress plugin for that (see also how the Ring demo is made)
