    This seems to be interesting? Will this also come to verge3d?

    3D Gaussian Splats are being added to the glTF standard

    Hi,

    The Gaussian Splatting tech looks promising but not really useful yet. The amount of loaded data is huge, while the possibility to animate / interact with things is very limited (basically none).

    However, you can already test this technology in Verge3D thanks to this awesome plugin made by Vv4D.
