Are puzzles based project Vs. Coding v3d webgl mutually exclusive?

I’ll try putting code example js into my myApp.js file “run your code here” area (and in doing that I would have to delete that copied codes’ renderer calls right? To not double it?)…, but if I have my puzzles made app js file being called by an html script, then have a separate js file detailing code example material, I’m unsure as to how they would share the same renderer / canvas.
