jefferywright2194Participant“Open the Verge3D App Manager and switch the directory to a new path…”
App Manager does not open, so how can I point it to the new Applications folder?
Where is the file that contains this info so I can edit it manually?
Thanks.

Alexander KovelenovStaffHi,
Even if the folder is not accessible/does not exists, App Manager should still run and display a settings button so that you can change the folder.
What Verge3D and Blender versions are you using? Also please copy-paste errors printed in the Blender Terminal if there are any.

jefferywright2194ParticipantThanks, Version: 4.10.0 The applications folder does exist, I configured the manager to point to it, Sneak Peek in Blender shows the file, on the localhost server, but the server root will not load the manager.
I can manually open url’s like http://localhost:8668/applications/arcade_racing/arcade_racing.html which open very slowly.
What could be the issue? I have rebooted.

jefferywright2194ParticipantI reinstalled Version: 4.10.0, still no App Manager, no errors, and no work getting done, how do we get this working again?

Alexander KovelenovStaffHi,
Can you please check the 4.12 version? There were some fixes with paths and encoding in 4.11 and 4.12. Also, try to reset the App Manager settings by loading the page http://localhost:8668/reset in your browser.2026-04-22 at 12:42 pm #87042
jefferywright2194ParticipantMy software maintenance subscription expired on Oct 2025, version 4.12 was released after so I would not have an enterprise license for that version, right?
4.10 is the latest version I have an enterprise license for since it was released during my maintenance subscription period, is this accurate? Thanks.

Yuri KovelenovStaffHi Jeff,
I checked our license registry and indeed your company’s license had expired in October 2025, thus ending your maintenance and support period. I’d strongly recommend you urge the people responsible for licensing management in your company to renew the license. It would give your the access to all the features and bug fixes we implemented since then (and upcoming features and bug fixes).
Anyway, what you can do now is to try the following.
1. (Re-)install Blender just in case (current version is 5.1).
2. Download the latest Verge3D trial and install it.
3. After you install it, run Blender and immediately visit the page http://localhost:8668/reset in your browser to reset the App Manager settings. See if this resolves the issue. -
