E learning Verge module in HTML/CSS

Team,

Guys we have completely transformed the E-learning module from the Asset store to complete html/css driven form & made it modular as much as possible.
Everything went perfect check the screenshots attached.
Except one thig we are stuck dont know how to fix it.
When we drag the cursor on time line in regular example the animations synch with it smoothly… While in our module the dragging of curson on time line gives jerky synch of the animations. However it works perfectly synched when just clicked on time anywhere.
note –
In original example the timeline and play head are made in 3d viewport in cour case we created them with html/css.
