    Hello guys,

I’ve created a model in Blender 2.83.3 on Mac. Over for the last few days I’ve successfully exported to .glTF from Blender and loaded the model to the ‘Verge3D Network’ via the ‘Verge3D For Blender’ App Manager (Version 3.3.0). I’m then embedding the iFrame code into a WIX website.

The process had worked flawlessly until last night. I made some changes to the camera location in Blender and after following my normal upload process I noticed the proportions of my 3D model had changed.

The Z axis (Up in Blender) appears to have stretched.

Screenshot attached. Left image is the Blender model. Right is the Verge3D model.

Can anyone point out where I’ve gone wrong please?

    Cheers.

    Hi,

If you use Sneak Peek, does it show the same issue?

Hi Yuri. Yes it does. The screenshot shared is from Sneak Peek.

I see. Can you isolate this issue and attach here the .blend file?

Hi Yuri. I deleted the camera in my Blender model and found that the Sneak Peak view no longer has an issue. The issue remains with the embedded iframe model.

I have attached a copy of the original Blender model that had both SNEAK PEAK AND IFRAME issues.

You have a uniform scale on the camera this produce such issue, just so alt+s to discard scale.

Brilliant! Didn’t get any visible feedback from Blender after using alt+s (option+s on my Mac) but you solved it! All working now. Cheers guys.
