Hi guys, so I’ve got a scene where a few elements are essentially planes with png textures applied to them, see attached the blender image and verge3D image. The resolution of these png’s are 1000x1000px and when rendered in blender they are pin sharp, but when verge3D displays them they’re pixelated. Is there some image compression going on with my png’s that I can prevent, as verge doesn’t seem to like svg’s? Thanks!

    hi,

you images are NPOT and so are auto rescaled by Verge3D to 1024 px. See this page for some recommendations on how to deal with it

Thanks for the super quick response! I re-exported out my texture as 1024x1024px, however I’m still getting the same issue with compression. Even tried it with 2048×2048 to test. Could there be anything else I’m missing?

I see. You might try increasing the resolution of your render with

Can you share the example file with texture?

    Sure, here is the example

I guess ideally I wanted to drop in svg’s into my work so it’s super crisp. Following previous advice I’ve dropped in POT images rather than NPOT, this is for the main grey robot and the left pink robot. Would you say this is as high res I can achieve with a png file?
