variables as list items specific to their list?

Hi,
I have lists with variables named “row_001”, “row_002” etc..
if i use those same “row” variables in different lists will they be specific to those lists, or will they get confused with other places they’re used?

if so i should make a prefix to each one i want to call “row” correct?
ie: “list1_row_001” etc…
