Tween camera, speed in "sec" not working.

You’re using No controls camera for which tweening is not available. You might want to use the Orbit camera instead and specify zero rotation and movement speed settings if you want it immobile.

The camera slightly jumps after tweening for me, but does not reset. That jumping can be corrected if you set a small positive number for the Y coordinate of the camera-target object.

I checked your project. The camera jumps because it has an orbiting point that changes the camera orientation so it differs from the second No-controls camera. You can start from Orbit camera being active, and parent the No-controls camera to it, perform tweening using Orbit camera, and switch to No-controls once tweening is finished.
