“Include” external js from within .block js script?

Hi,
Not sure if I’ve asked this before.
Is there any way to “include” a function from an external js file from within the JS script section of a .block file?

There is some syntax that doesn’t parse well in my JavaScripts I’m trying to port over from the “call JS” methods of use I’ve previously used.

Possibly this way could work?
