Hi, I had all my puzzles (about 80) all arranged in a nice multi-column nested-tree hierarchy, but then I accidentally hit the “Clean up Puzzles” menu item, which wiped out all my organization.
Is there any way to go back? it’s sitting here in another tab, havenen’t touched anything except look for an undo.
It took me a long time to organize, so I hope you have some advice.

Also, can you drag-select or group Puzzles? To move, copy/paste, etc more than one puzzle at a time?

Thanks, and thanks for the great work on 2.8

    Hi!

You can undo an operation with Ctrl+Z (Command+Z on Mac). If this doesn’t help, you can roll back to a previous save by copying a file from the puzzles_backup folder to the root of your app folder and renaming it to visual_logic.xml.

Also, can you drag-select or group Puzzles? To move, copy/paste, etc more than one puzzle at a time?

By dragging the most top puzzle in a stack you can move the entire stack. Selecting multiple islands is not available so far.

Ok thanks, ctrl-z didnt work (nothing happened), but restoring back up partly worked.

I’m definitely eventually going to need to copy/paste groups or ‘multiple islands’.
I have a site with a growing list of objects with multiple behaviors… it’s too tedious to cut/paste each ‘island’ separately.

Is this in the plan, or Q1 ETA?
Thanks this is kind of important.

Glad it helped, at least to some extent. I’m adding this feature to our dev tracker. We’ll try to deliver it with some of the future releases. Thanks for your feedback!
