Changing material doesn't update the morph factor on new materials

Hi Guys,
There is something i don’t understand. I am creating a config, with a bunch a shape keys, all stuff works like it should. But now I am assigning new materials that from data in a selection box, the new material is assigned but the shapkeys don’t work anymore. At first I tought, the new material, creates a new mesh to… But when i looked a the console to receive the name of the mesh it still the same. I am kind of stuck here. I am sure its something very simple that I mis…

Hi kubuz,
I’m very interested in your very well done layout for your app project.

You’re dealing with many aspects that I’ve been troubling myself over for quite awhile.

(This isn’t in regard to a commercial product here)

Are your left hand sliders done in strictly vanilla js, or a framework, Vue, react etc?

Are your values, (object changes) all shapekeys, or other dynamic methods?

Hi Gliftek, For the sliders I used Ion Range sliders Ion Range sliders inside webflow. Almost everything is done with KeyShapes, I found a nice workflow for that. In a way i am still not satisfied with the creation of the App. One one side i sure love Webflow. But that is hosted in the cloud so useless to create everything in it.Wordpress has lots of possibilies, but i don’t like the fact you need to maintain, and update the plugins every week. So i am currently looking for a good alternative to create my portfolio/store/Website that is self hosted, or able to upload verge apps. Are you familiar with any framework, or platform that suit my needs.

We sure can talk off-forum about this. Got Instagram and Telegram for chatting, We can set up a discord server. I honestly would like to discuss all of this more, cause its hard figuring stuff out on my own.
