Black image on puzzle screen

When I export my .GITF from 3ds max and open it to start doing the puzzles the screen is completely black for the preview but the puzzles show. I can run a sneak peek and it shows the model but when I try and program it there is no preview.

Also, I tried making a new project and copying it over to fix the issue and then my textures no longer look correct.
