Hi. Do you think it’s possible to create the puzzles shown in this video (https://youtube.com/shorts/Y1RYXuo2OPs?si=L5Qj6D3pc3dU84bS) in 3D WebGL?

    Hi,
In theory this is possible, since Verge3D does support complex mesh colliders in its internal physics module. You might try!

I think it will be a better & clorse to real life user experience if made in VR.
The feel of its orientation adjustment can be more realistic in VR in stead of mouse handling.

share link if you make this one.

To create this in Verge3D using existing provided puzzles and provided physics, excluding any custom puzzles and physics you create… I don’t believe you will be able to achieve this “out of the box”. Take a simple torus and a cylinder and try to use standard V3D to get the torus to go over and the cylinder through the center of the torus. It will not work. You will quickly find V3D physics is very basic (thats me being as nice as possible).

With that said you can implement other physics engines, it will depend on your need of real physics vs computational allowance and whether a “faked” animation that could yield similar results that might be equally fun and would rely on basic V3D puzzles.

I’ve thought about it a lot, but so far I haven’t been able to come up with a realistic solution regarding the method.
