    HI
    can we render a bloom effect without object being rendered?
    in other words the object glow will appear but not the object.

    This is post process effect hence dont know if it works this way

    No. Any PP effect is applied to a previously rendered image.

    Puzzles and JS coding. Fast and expensive.

    If you don’t see the meaning in something it primarily means that you just don’t see it but not the absence of the meaning at all.

    If you are referring to a post process effect KDV is correct. If you are wanting to create a bloom effect without post processing … try a plane with a transparent sprite sheet but this has its limitations.

    I thought so,
    I was wondering if there is any possibility as it happens in blender with “Shadow catcher”
