    hi, after install Verge 3D in maya for Mac using python3 , i get this error (// Error: file:/Applications/Autodesk/maya2019/Maya.app/Contents/scripts/others/pluginWin.mel line 289: (verge3d)), could you help ? so i can not export any thing even i see verge 3D in menu of maya!

    Hi,
    Looks like you installed Verge3D in the system directory (/Applications/Autodesk/maya2019/) which is not supported. Try to unpack Verge3D archive in some subdirectory of your user directory (e.g Documents) and retry the installation procedure.

    Hi,
    What version of Verge3D are you trying to install? Also, please provide us with the screenshot of the Maya’s Script Editor window when the issue is happening.

    Hi,
    Unfortunately, we can’t resolve the root of this issue from your screenshot. Please try to install Verge3D 3.4 pre-release to see if the issue persists.

    Also please remove your environment script file before the installation. It’s located in your user folder:

    /Users/USER/Library/Preferences/Autodesk/maya/2019/Maya.env
