Hey everyone, I keep running into roadblocks that don’t seem to make sense. I am trying to play a video on a plane via texture replace. I attached my video texture puzzle, as well as the initialization menu, and then the console errors that come up when I try to click the object that would make the video appear and play.

Can anyone see why nothing would happen when I click the plane, and why the console error would say an object is missing when its supposed to be replacing a texture plane?

I eventually have to add a “change active camera puzzle” to this one, but I cant get the basic version to work. Can anyone inform me how to do both of these things?

The video texture test app works fine, I’ve copied that and every forum suggestion I found like ten times over.

*the first icon-2 file it fails to find is likely unrelated. The second two missing happen upon click of the plane.

Yry to set delay between Replace texture and Play Video, I think the video just not loaded when you try to play it.

I tried both the puzzles for delays neither work. (see attached images)
Would delay matter with the error it says in terminal?

EDIT: When I remove the video file from the directory and launch the application, console immediately detects it is missing from its exact location and references the correct name of the .mp4 file as what is missing (interface.mp4) . (see screenshots attached)

If I leave the mp4 in its correct folder, launch the application, it doesn’t detect the file as missing until “when clicked” puzzle activates it. AND it no longer looks for the .mp4 by name, it looks for “object20%” ?

Is it possible for me to link you my project and you let me know if what im trying to do is beyond the scope of what verge is intended for?
