    Hi,
I’ve been working on a ring configurator project. It has a ring with 3 shape keys for width, height, and diameter. When I preview the model in the blender viewport it looks fine, but when I press the sneak peak button the mesh looks distorted in the web view. I’ve attached the screenshots for your reference. Thank you in advance.

Difficult to say without seeing a mesh, can you share a blend file?

Sorry, can’t see any difference. Can you point exactly places that are different.

If you make all the shape keys value 1, there is mesh distortion at the place where the diamonds are.

    Hi,
looks like it’s the normals issue. When you move your vertices with shape key, the normals can’t be calculated properly in Verge3D, since the triangles near the holes become really long. I’d recommend adding a protective edges near the holes making square loops which do not stretch. This way the model shading will be calculated properly.
