    Hello everyone,

I’m using shapekeys to scale my objects, but I’ve run into a strange issue: when an object exceeds a certain height, the upper part becomes unclickable. (orange part in the screenshot)

Interestingly, the doors to the left of the tall door with the orange section remain fully clickable, even though they’re positioned at the same height in the scene.

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi,
Is it possible, that some of the shapekey factors exceed the maximum value of 1? If so, please modifiy the model so that the 1 value corresponds to the maximum object size.

    Hi,
No they don’t but the resulting factor is a negative value. The model is 1m tall and can shrink to 0,5m when the shapekey is set to 1. The panel in the previous screenshot is about 2,20m tall. I can’t click on the panel above 1,60m.

Unfortunately, negative values are not allowed. For best results the shape key factor should be in range [0, 1].

 hmm, that’s sub-optimal because the whole model is made to be “infinitely” scalable. but that’s my problem :mail:

    Thanks for the info!
