CustomerHi,
When clicking the object in my app a sound will play. This sound is not playing on iphone in AR mode.
The sound is playing on desktop ( and iphone web mode, so outside AR-mode).
Any idea what is happening?

ParticipantUSDZ exporter can export only meshes. If you want more you should use special Apple’s software.
Puzzles and JS coding. Fast and expensive.
If you don’t see the meaning in something it primarily means that you just don’t see it but not the absence of the meaning at all.

CustomerThe mesh is exported and visible, working fine.
It’s the sound (mp3) that is not playing. Mp3 is working fine on iphone in app in object mode.
But switching to ar-mode, the sound is not playing. So it is only not working on iphone in ar mode, strange…I am using the farmer puzzle as basis, which also has a sound playing, it should work.

There is a huge difference between AR modes in Android and iOS. In iOS you just download a generated .usdz file and open it in Apple’s AR Quick Look
No logic, no sounds, no animations. Static meshes only.

CustomerBut the farmers app is working with Sound in AR mode on iphone. When you click on the farmer, the sound (farmer saying hello) is being played.
So could you tell me why is the sound working in this?

In Safari + Quick Look? No, it’s just impossible in Verge3D apps.
It’s possible in Mozilla WebXR Viewer (that uses the same approach as in Android), but it depends on a sound file.
