I already found the solution, I had configured lazy loading in the iframes, disable that.

Hello Alexander, I have the same problem, and I can’t launch AR.

The console just gives me this error:

“Could not create a session because: An error occurred while initializing fullscreen support.”

I’m testing it on a test site, and everything is fine…

What else can I do to fix this?

    Thanks for your prompt help.

    Great thank you very much!

Yuri, I have installed this version, and I still have problems with the AR mode, which I mention in this thread.

Please your help ! What should I do, or if you are solving it, can you tell us? Thanks a lot !

hello, just take the augmented reality version that is on the official website, and try to upgrade it. With version 4.1.1 of verge3d the camera freezes. I am about to believe that v3d.js has something to fix.

    your help please !

Hello Yuri, thank you for your answer.

    Indeed, it takes the augmented_reality
version and I upgraded it as you say in the forum, and the camera also freezes.

What else can I do to make it work?

I’m not a developer, but I hope this helps to find the solution.
