I follow the steps :

cPanel -> File Manager v3:
Path: /public_html/wp-content/uploads/verge3
FTP = Successful
Renamed folder to “600”

Wordpress:
Deleted all pages.
Added New page.
Add Block: [/] Shortcode
Entry: [verge3d id=”600″]

But impossible to have a fullscreen !!!

Any help please?

Hi, I had the same issue.
At the end of the day, modifying the Upload limits didn’t help, but FTP the files straight to the Verge folder was the workaround.

Hi, I realise this is an old thread, but would this sort of approach work if I were trying to use the Woocommerce features in WordPress? I am getting the same error even though my folder size is only 90mb and I already increased the upload size to about 600mb…

As I see on my side the problem is in .js files. They are not uploaded and that gives the error in 100% of attempts. Looks like a restriction in WordPress 6.4.x. Folders without .js files are uploaded with no errors.

As an alternative you can upload files via FTP or use the add-on File Manager advanced to upload files.

Hi,

Thank you for bringing this up. It was actually a bug in our WordPress plugin which we just fixed. Please update the plugin and see if it works now!

Confirmed. 4.5.2 uploads all files with no errors.

See the app’s folder. What files were not uploaded?

Hello, reverting to the older version of the app, and then the new version fixed the problem. Must have been a glitch to do with the plugin auto-update function (or just my site). Thank you!
