verge3d setup problems

Hello 2 everyone!

There is a huge problem with using verge3d in 3DS Max 2018. Even after all steps, discribed on https://www.soft8soft.com/site, the problem didn’t disappeared.

How I can solve this problem?

I see, please pack your entire Verge3D installation directory, upload it to some file storage (e.g google drive), and send back to us for review. We’ll try to help you with this issue.

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. I’ve checked your installation and found that there is nothing wrong with it! Most likely there is some issue with your path. Please check again your “Configure System Paths” dialog. You might need to remove all Verge3D paths and assign a path to your Verge3D installation again. Also, please send us a screenshot of that dialog. Thanks!
