    Hi
Need help to create a simple toggle button action.
I got one 3D object hidden in my 3ds max scene. In puzzles I create (On event on click for elem *** Do Show).
This simple logic work for sure. My 3D object unhide. But what I can’t achieve is when I want to click again on the same button to make the same 3D obj Hide.
I check the recliner puzzles and check for the button that make the animation on and off, but I did not succeed to replicate In my puzzles.

    Hi,

Please check out the puzzles for our Recliner demo. There is a button there that folds and unfolds the armchair upon repeated clicks.

This is a variable puzzle – a new variable can be created under Variables category. It basically stores the status for the Recliner (folded/unfolded).

    Hi Yuri

I’m trying to figure out the best way to use animations. My only doubt about the variables in the recliner demo is the variable “”animated_parts”. The “recliner_unfolded” is easy to understand but how is declared and how is used the “animated_parts” one. Seems to be only a dummy variable to organize code. Is this the case or am I wrong?
    Cheers

Hi! Animated_parts is a lsit of variables that will be animated, so the node Play Animation plays all animation of the object in that list.
