    Hi,

I searched a lot for topics on shadows using Blender and verge3d, but am still unsure of my options.

On a side note, it would be great to search in specific forum groups, like ‘Blender’ only for search criteria, to aid finding solutions already discussed if you can add this please.

Would you kindly let me know the best route for production if I have many objects in a large scene and want to have strongly defined shadows please. Is it best I bake shadow maps or can I rely on Eevee and realtime shadows. My current testing cannot produce any decent shadow creations. As son as I move the light to a distance of 20 meters or more, I get very blurred and jagged, despite following many tips. I’ve tried scaling my scenes down and up, but with no better results.

    I’m using Blender 2.82a.

    Many thanks.

    Jas

Unfortunally for large scenes the only way to get good shadows is to bske them.
