It appears when starting max and basically every time I press anything related to verge (sneak peak …..etc)

Looks like you have the wrong path to Verge3D plugin in your system paths:

Please check it and change to the proper value.

I have changed it many times. Hope its not because my name contains Aleš – s with the hook

Can you try installing not into a user folder? Will it work this way?

I tried but it was not possible to install it somwhere else. The problem is still here and the clock is ticking. I really need to make it running.

Sorry for those troubles. As a possible solution, you might upgrade for for 3ds Max 2021 which does not have problems with encoding.
