It would be great if geometry nodes could be managed for a V3D app without baking, as you can do in Unreal Engine with the AlterMesh plugin

    altermesh

Of course, to run this plugin you have to write the path where Blender.exe is installed, so it could be useful for offline apps, or you may need to find a way of telling the online app this path and establish the communication to update the geometry every time the values of the outputs are changed.

I hope the Verge team can explore this option, as geometry nodes are becoming more powerful day by day…

It’s not possible with .glTF files. Just forget.

as you can do in Unreal Engine

To be more precise, you can do it in the Unreal Engine Editor. But can you do it in a compiled project? No.

Puzzles and JS. Fast and expensive.

If you don’t see the meaning in something it primarily means that you just don’t see it but not the absence of meaning at all.
