    Blackout rendering. Xiaomi Redmi 5A, Chrome.


    Hi, this is probably related to environment rendering issue that we know about. The engine has a workaround to prevent it from happening but it still can occur on some particular GPUs.

    We don’t have the exact device to test it, so it would be helpful if you check, for example, the Cube demo from the SDK (it would be even better if you provide us with a screenshot) – it should be a black cube over grey background if this is the case I’m suspecting.

    Also, there was an environment issue with similar blackouts introduced in Chrome v.73 not so long ago: https://www.soft8soft.com/topic/chrome-update-broke-enviorment-maps/ but we fixed it in some minor update.
