    My client has a black screen while viewing the project over the CDN. I have noticed it occurs only in apple iPhone and iPad. what is causing this problem ? I have attached below the screenshot for refernece

    I have reviewed the link and can verify that the problems you are having are happening to me as well.

    Recommendations:
    There is a noticeable reflection in stones that contains green. I would restest the scene with no environment map and a light source and see if the issue is related to the environment.

    If you have can share the scene I can diagnose locally and send back my findings.

    Hi,

    apparently you hit memory issues on Apple devices. You have a huge HDR plus a big PNG texture. Try to reduce their size. Also use power-of-two dimensions for your images (512, 1024 etc).

    As Yuri has mentioned the size of your textures are too big and are not optimized dimensions. For this scene…the biggest issue is the size of the textures. Drop the size down and it will load no problem. As the scene gets more complicated and you need performance gains, changing your textures to power of two is optimal. 256×256, 512×512, 1024×1024, etc.

    Orion-polished copy.png is 14.6 Mb and given it size probably doesnt need to be much larger than 500Kb. The HDR is 33.6MB and would work equally well as low as 1Mb.

    Other recommendations for efficiency: create an environment backdrop. Take a look at the Scooter Demo. It will allow you to dump your lights which also contributes to inefficiencies.

    If you are very particular about your textures being precisely as they are, consider editing objects faces so that only visible faces exist and then join objects and bake into a single texture. This will allow you to have have the look you want, achieve power of 2 textures and the textures will be much smaller in size.

    I reduced the HDR to 1K and chopped my textures to 512 x 512, however now the app isn’t loading in apple devices at all.

    Try upgrading to version 3.8 you are using 3.71 which has known issues with ios15

    The problem you are experiencing is that the World Environment Nodes you are using are not all supported.

    to fix the issue…. I simplified the World Node….
    When creating complex materials you have to be sure each node is supported. I didn’t dig into it to find out which node or nodes were causing the problem.

    I can caution that if you are using a plugin to create the nodes you are better off doing it by hand and using only those that are known to work specified in the manual.

    Before you click the link on your iPhone, please be sure to delete all your temporary internet files.

    settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data on your iPhone.

    From what I can tell you are using a plugin for textures. This plugin is creating non compatible materials nodes that is causing problems.

    I have removed all references to that and have simplified the materials.

    I also reduced one of your textures from 14.6Mb to something much smaller.

    You will want to get familiar with the compatible material nodes if you are going to use the plugin so you can go through and strip out those that will cause this issue.

    You will also want to turn off ScreenSpaceReflections in Blender. If you need the effect I would recommend using light probes and bake your textures and shadows.

    Also, AO does not work well on mobile phones right now. There are lots of documented threads in the forums on this. If you need AO I would also consider baking your shadows and AO. It will look much nicer.

    things I have changed now
    1) changed material pictures to 512 x 512
    2) removed all the nodes in environment and shader nodes which the verge3D doesn’t support
    3) I removed the floor plane itself so we do not have to worry about ao or shadows now
    4)1k HDR

    While opening in safari in iphone12, it keeps reloading and throws this screen attached below

    only mentionable things are
    1) area lights are used
    2) materials has an emission value of 1 to avoid the white screening(fresnel effect).
