    Hi,
    We are trying to use AR Capabilities of verge3D but facing the following issues:-

    Here are two scenarios:
    1. We run Verge3D’s AR demo app on a mobile device on chrome browser. A target shows up and when tap on the target a 3D character gets placed successfully, but when we move 2 meters ahead and again try to place the character on the target we are not able to place the character.

    2. We run Verge3D’s AR demo app on a mobile device on chrome browser. A target shows up and when tap on the target we are not not able the place the character, but when move our phone very close to the ground and again and try to place the character on the target the character gets placed. Here the issue is with the height of the phone from the ground whereas in scenario 1 there was no issue with height.

    Note: The lighting conditions are diffused and the hardware works great for other AR SDK’s such as ARCore.

    We are would love to here back from you about the solution.

    Hi,

    I think this behavior is related to the underlying WebXR layer which is still in experimental status. There is no much we can do here, just wait until it stabilizes. :unsure:
