    Hello,
    I’ve been working with verge3D for last month. It’s been working great.

    But suddenly, for no apparent reason, I can’t sneak peek anymore.
    (note: I have checked the folder permissions they are perfect. I can read/write anything to the verge3D folder and subfolders using powershell or explorer, also note that this happens now for any project/App, not just my new one.)

    All I get is this:

    Traceback (most recent call last):
    File “H:\verge3d\addons\verge3d\custom_ui.py”, line 441, in execute
    shutil.rmtree(prev_dir)
    File “C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.79\python\lib\shutil.py”, line 494, in rmtree
    return _rmtree_unsafe(path, onerror)
    File “C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.79\python\lib\shutil.py”, line 393, in _rmtree_unsafe
    onerror(os.rmdir, path, sys.exc_info())
    File “C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.79\python\lib\shutil.py”, line 391, in _rmtree_unsafe
    os.rmdir(path)
    PermissionError: [WinError 5] Access is denied: ‘H:\\verge3d\\addons\\verge3d\\..\\..\\player\\preview’

    I’ve tried everything. Can’t fix it. I’m pretty bummed out that this just happened suddenly for no reason. Hmmm. Tried a bunch of other things, started new app, etc. Still not working.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Hi,

    Although rarely, we encounter this strange issue from time to time. You can try the following:

    close and restart Blender or better reboot Windows
    delete H:\\verge3d\player\preview folder manually

    In any case, we’ll try to fix this on our side.

    Hi Yuri,
    Thanks. Deleting the \preview folder manually fixed it.
    Sheesh. I spent entirely too much time farting around with this when I should have just asked.
    thx again,
    Todd
