    My own blend files or even blend files created via the Verge 3D App Manager… all show up pitch black when doing Sneak Peek via Blender interface.

    What version of blender are you using. I use all version 3.0 to 3.1.2 but haven’t installed 3.2 yet and don’t have any issues. Only way for me to create black Sneakpeak is to delete the world shader. Obviously this is not your problem.

    Since you are also a customer I am assuming that Sneak Peek was working previously…. new graphics card, new driver?

    If you are using Blender 3.2 does it work with 3.1.2 or lower for you? Otherwise I would try reinstalling both Blender and Verge plugin and see if that resolves it?

    Haven’t used Verge in a while & only installed Blender 3.2 yesterday. (was only released yesterday I think)
    Seems that even just opening a brand new scene with only the default cube & hitting Sneak Peek gives the black/blank preview in browser.

    Bizarre. Will try re-installing both Blender & Verge 3D. Thanks.

    Obviously a Blender 3.2 issue… just reinstalled it… same problem.
    Then tried with versions 3.1 & 3.0 still lurking on my machine & Sneak Peek works perfectly fine on both.

    If you are wanting to stay on the stable release of 3.9.1 then I would roll blender back to 3.1.2 if as long as you don’t need shape keys and to 3.0.1 if you need shape keys.

    3.2 is brand new and will have issues that will need to be overcome I am sure on its own…throw that in to Verge 4.0 preview 5 (beta) and you are in for some interesting experiences for sure. I would recommend you put this in the “Bug” section of the forum and list your hardware, operating system, graphics card, memory, blender version and verge version so they can have reference to it as they solve things before the production release of 4.0

    Verge3D 3.9.1 does not support Blender 3.2. Please update for Verge3D 4.0 that we released recently.
