    Hi,

as an advertisment agency the look and quality of our 3D products are crucial for our designers. We are still testing verge3d here and are quiet impressed about the workflow and the puzzles.

However, if it comes to export our files to gltf all of the materials went down south and look like sh..t (see screenshot). The materials are deveolped for eevee and therefore should look like this in verge.

    How can we achieve that?

    Thank you for your help!

If this transperency made using SSR hen you also need to setup SSR puzzle in puzzle editor to see it in verge3d.

    Hi,

thanks for the answer. I don’t know, if SSR (you mean Screen Space Reflections, right?) is used in this material (Screenshot).

But if so, can you show me an example how to set this up right in verge?

    Thanks, Clemens

Addition: My designer told me, that SSR is used in this scene. So it would be very interesting, how to set up this properly in Puzzles.

    Thanks!

You can look at Jewelry Configurator demo as example and here in doc.
