    Hi there,

this is probably an easy task, but since I’m a beginner with this, please forgive me if I ask.

What I would like to create is different cameras for different details of an object. Let’s take the suzanne head for example: I got my main camera of the total model, where I can orbit around and stuff. Then I have some buttons where it says for example “ear” or “eye”. When I click on one of these buttons, the camera jumps to this point (or it switches the camera facing this part of the model).

Can you explain to me how I can achieve this?

    Thank you in advance

you can setup several cameras of different kind in your scene and switch between them with the set active camera puzzle.

nice, thank you, that works. and how can I set up a smooth transition between these (lets say) 2 cameras? I tried it with the “tween camera”, but it doesn’t work.
would you be so kind and post a screenshot?

you can add a third camera of No controls type during the transition, and animate it using the tween camera puzzle
