    I want to test making a field of grass for my scene, I don’t want to place individual instances, but I have not been able to export either particle instances or “DupliVert” instances to gltf. Is there a way to do this or am i going to have to look into the instancing example and do it by code for now ? I could possibly do it with cloning puzzle , but i imagine that is not going to be very efficient…

    I’m in 2.8 btw ..

    Unfortunally there’s no way to export dupliverts to gltf now and particles too. Only Dupligroups work for now.

    Yes you can do it by coding I think.

    Yes you can use clone to do it.
