I was just referring to the below URL, made in V3D.
How that Xray material effect can be achieved in verge 3d published scene?
I know it can be very well achieved in Blender but how that can be kept consistent further ?
Any ways to achieve it?

Can you give a screen grab of what you are wanting to achive?
The menu system is all HTML done with PNGs typial web and as you stated you can do x-ray in Blender….so not sure what you are trying to reproduce.

In blender its very much possible but how to achieve it in published v3d file?
Does V3D support this shader settings?
Yes… fully supported. Attached screenshot of the material shader setup.
You can play with the Fresnel IOR value, the color ramp and the power Exponent value to dial in the desired look you want. The color is handled by the RGB wheel.
Ah..ok let me check..if I can publish v3d scene with similar effect.
