Hi there.. I use Blender 2.80 last beta…
It’s incredible but I’m not good enough at creating a compatible transparent glass or a transparence material in Verge3D PBR Material.. or in others compatible Verge materials.. I read that some people set “transparence” in setting material but in my case I’have only “Pass Index” in setting materials..
So I opened the Scooter project and noticed that the glass materials are not made with Verge3D PBR Material but using normal knots .. I did the same but in my case it doesn’t work .. I don’t understand where I can go wrong!

Yes, better to use Principled or ather simple Blender shader nodes instead of Verge3D PBr node that created for GLTF 2.0 compatibility mode. To get proper transparent material you also need to choose a type of transperency in the material settings. For example Alpha Blend or Add.
