    Hello Soft8Soft team,

    I just wanted to know what exactly changes when you are buying the enterprise license instead of the “normal” one.

    Do you get direct mail contact and can answer all kind of questions regarding verge3d? How does this differ exactly from the forum usage/answers.

    As you already know I sometimes ask very specific and more involved questions, which sometimes arent gettings answered at all. Or where I dont get “real” support. I dont really wanna complain about that, because I get that Verge3D is getting bigger and doing support here in the forum is getting harder and harder. Also there need to be a line between the support models.

    I would just want to bring light for myself on that topic.

    Hi,

    Indeed we provide Enterprise customers with direct email support (usually replying within 24 hours). We also answer questions on the forums, but yes, it’s getting harder, as we can dedicate more time to the forums only at expense of our effort spent on Verge3D development.
