Can I use verge3d achieve this kind of effect? How to simulate data flow effect in Blender or puzzles? This confuse me a lot. Is there any tutorials or docs talk about this part? so many questions, THANKS

The effect you are talking above is achieved by the Blend4web addon for blender. It was very nicely done.
I really love to see similar thing happening in V3D.I m not sure whether current shader in V3D can achieve the volumetric effect of material with fallout behavior. The way the manifolds are shown filled up with blue gas.
Especially the enable / disable the within document 3D effect is also nice !Developer kindly throw some light.
