My Verge3d app contains a GTLF exported from 3ds max and a Gaussian Splat from SuperSplat and a menu of three buttons.

My issue is when I run the App.. the only thing that shows up is the splat. No GTLF, No buttons from the puzzle editor.

When I run the HTML The buttons and GTLF show up but not the splat.

These are screenshots of what I’m doing:

    Some additional info:
    The plug in I’m using:

Apologies if this has been asked and answered but I’ve been searching around and haven’t seen anything quite like what I’m experiencing. Thanks in advance!

    Hi Wayne,

It is probably an issue with the third-party plugin. You might want to create a reply in the plugin topic so that the author can help you out.

    Hi Wayne,
this is indeed what happens when Luma’s plugin loads both Gaussian and scene models simultaneously. It’s an unresolved issue related to envmap. Since Luma only provides a Three.js API and isn’t open-source, it can only load their online models. Therefore, we later switched to using the 3DGSviewer plugin as a replacement. If you encounter any problems, feel free to contact me via email.

    Hi QiangGe,

I am currently using the 3DGSviewer, not Luma.. and still getting that behavior. Will follow up in an email. Thanks!

Hi, there are 2 inspection methods. In most cases, the editor needs to check the information reported in the console, such as whether there are any errors.

In addition, if the loading is successful, we can find the name of the loaded Gaussian under the object’s puzzle. Without this information, I cannot determine the cause of the issue.

Based on the current situation, my guess is that the scale of the loaded model may be extremely small or it may be too far away, resulting in it not being within the camera view.

You can share your demo file with me for download and inspection.
