    Hi folks,

    I discovered that there is a zooming issue with iOS related devices (tested on a iPad and iPad Pro).

    When I am in fullscreen and stretch and pinch with two fingers to zoom in and out, the whole window gets zoomed (or magnified, so to say), not the model itself. So this makes it impossible to zoom. Hope this makes sense. In window mode (when the model is not maximized for fullscreen), this does not happen. Also on android based tablet or phones, everything works fine.

    Is there a solution for this problem?

    Hi,

    Make sure that your main html file contains the following meta tag in the head element:
    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, user-scalable=no, minimum-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0">

    Great Yuri, thank you!

    Is there a reason why this is not on by default?

    It is actually automatically added to new applications created with the App Manager. I guess you’re using an external UI .html file that does not contain this line in it.

    Hi,

    I haven’t seen your project, but you can send me a link via email if you’d like.

    Ok so this is still an issue. The code listed earlier is automatically included in the newer version 3.1.1 apps. Same issue of magnifying over moving camera in v3d still exits for Safari on iPad and iPhone. Any ideas? :scratch:
