I discovered that there is a zooming issue with iOS related devices (tested on a iPad and iPad Pro).
When I am in fullscreen and stretch and pinch with two fingers to zoom in and out, the whole window gets zoomed (or magnified, so to say), not the model itself. So this makes it impossible to zoom. Hope this makes sense. In window mode (when the model is not maximized for fullscreen), this does not happen. Also on android based tablet or phones, everything works fine.
Is there a solution for this problem?

Make sure that your main html file contains the following meta tag in the head element:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, user-scalable=no, minimum-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0">

Great Yuri, thank you!
Is there a reason why this is not on by default?2019-03-20 at 2:41 pm #130602019-03-28 at 7:27 am #13347
Hey Yuri, you mean in the Menu.html file, right?
I am also experience problems in safari, the model gets stuck at the loading screen. Other browsers work fine…2019-03-28 at 7:35 am #133492020-05-23 at 11:35 am #27929bargoLicensee
Ok so this is still an issue. The code listed earlier is automatically included in the newer version 3.1.1 apps. Same issue of magnifying over moving camera in v3d still exits for Safari on iPad and iPhone. Any ideas?
